Communication Class 8
For this class we had to create a customer service plan for clients who are interested in our product. I had trouble for the first part of the morning class since everybody keeps talking it proves hard to stay concentrated and hear what the lecturer is saying. Getting information on good customer service proved relatively easy to find information on and we gathered ample information for our presentation. It also helped that a couple of our group members where away sick which meant it was easier to allow everyone to acquire the information they required. Finding information on customer service has proved useful as I have learnt how to better treat customers and how to keep them informed on our product. All in all the smaller group made for a better presentation and better productivity for finding the correct information.
